Natural Mosquito Repellents

Place a dryer sheet in your pocket, this will keep mosquitoes away.

Splash plain rubbing alcohol on yourself and allow it to dry, this will deter mosquitoes from biting you.

Use half vanilla (must be pure vanilla) and half water for a mosquito and tick repellent.
 

Dab lavender on your pulse points, it sells great on you, but mosquitoes do not like it.

Vick's vaporub on your pants and legs to ward off ticks.

Mole Control (MOLE-CHASER TONIC)

This is one I will stand by for the rest of my life, it really works, you just have to "wait for it" and you will never see the moles in your yard again. moles hate it and so does their food (earthworms & grubs):
6 tbsp. of Tabasco sauce, 4 tbsp of liquid dish soap, 4 tsp chili powder, ADD INGREDIENTS TO one gallon of water, (DO NOT add water to ingredients, soap will foam up) cover container, slowly tumble container to mix, now about every two (2) feet or so where you can see the mole tunnels poke holes with a sharpened broom stick (I had a broken one, so it was self sharpening) you will feel when you hit the tunnel, now pour MOLE-CHASER TONIC into little holes, be generous, couple good swigs, now do it again a week later, cause you will see they made a few new ones, and you going to swear at me because it isn't working, well if you got at least two applications with in a week in different spots, just wait till it you get a good rain, you will never see them again, the soap loosens up soil, allows water to soak into lawn better and lets the tabasco sauce and chili powder to soak into all parts of your lawn, so now nothing wants anything to do with your lawn, cause although out your lawn in filled with some spicy, soapy stuff. no where to make new tunnels, no food, they go else where.
Continue to poke random holes in your yard once in awhile, after aeration is perfect, put in garden sprayer, let soak into lawn, soap is good for lawns, helps loosen up the soil.

Mouse Control

Place USED Kitty litter from a litter box in small tubs in a bunch of different places around your garage. Mice think there must be a cat around... we're outta here.

Mice hate the scent of peppermint extract, sprinkle PURE peppermint extract on items you do not want mice going on or in.

To prevent mice from getting in, stop up any entry hole with steel wool pads, mice will not chew through these.

Sprinkle Cayenne pepper on the ground inside and out where they might be. Also this will work to keep squirrels from eating your plants, sprinkle on and around plants, doesnt hurt plants.

Cayenne pepper can be used to keep all small critter away, they all hate it.

Ant Control

Put a small pile of cornmeal where you see ants, They eat it, take it home, cant digest it, they die, it might take a week or so.

Basil repels flies and mosquitoes, to deter ants, use catnip, sprinkle it in their path.

Make a mixture of 2/3 cup water, 1/3 cup white vinegar, 2-3 tablespoons dish soap, spray when ants are marching.

Spread some ground cinnamon where you think the ants are coming into the house.
