1   7oz. Package Albacore Tuna
2   cups shredded cheddar cheese
½  cup finely chopped celery
½  cup finely chopped onion
½  cup shredded carrot
¼  cup orange peppers
2  Tbsp. Light mayonnaise
6  English muffins (split)

Preparation

Heat Broiler.

MIX In Med. Bowl all ingredients except muffins; mix well. Salt & pepper to taste.  Divide tuna mixture evenly onto muffin halves. Place on broiler pan; broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 6 to 8 minutes or until browned and bubbly, serve warm
